Quick Tutorial

How Arus Works

Create a WhatsApp link in 30 seconds. Share it anywhere. Watch leads flow in.

Get Started in 3 Steps

Step 1

Enter Your Number

Type your WhatsApp number in international format (e.g., +6281234567890). This is the number leads will message.

Step 2

Add a Message

Write a pre-filled message like "Hi, I saw your ad and I'm interested!" — so leads don't have to think about what to say.

Step 3

Get Your Link

Instantly get a short link and QR code. Share them on social media, ads, business cards, or your website.

Detailed Walkthrough

01

Creating Your First Link

Enter your WhatsApp number

Go to the home page and enter your phone number with the country code. For Indonesia, this starts with +62. Example: +6281234567890. Don't include the leading 0 — use +62812, not +620812.

Write a pre-filled message

This message will auto-fill when someone clicks your link. Tips: Keep it short and action-oriented. Example: "Hi! I'm interested in [your product]. Can you share more info?" The lead can always edit the message before sending.

Click "Generate WhatsApp Link"

Your link and QR code are generated instantly. No account needed for basic links with a single number.

02

Sharing Your Link & QR Code

Copy with one click

Click the copy button next to your short link. Paste it into your Instagram bio, Facebook post, email signature, or any ad campaign. The link looks like: yourdomain.com/go/a3Kx9Qm

Download the QR code

Click "Download QR" to save it as a PNG image. Print it on business cards, flyers, product packaging, restaurant menus, or storefront posters. Anyone with a phone camera can scan it to start a WhatsApp chat.

What happens when someone clicks

The link instantly opens WhatsApp (or WhatsApp Web) with your number and pre-filled message. The lead just taps Send. It takes under 2 seconds from click to chat — no forms, no email, no waiting.

03

Lead Distribution — Team Plans

Horizon+

Add multiple agents

Upgrade to Horizon (5 agents) or Pinnacle (unlimited) and add multiple WhatsApp numbers to a single link. Perfect for teams — each sales agent or customer service rep gets their own number in the rotation.

Round-robin distribution

Leads are distributed evenly using round-robin. If you have 5 agents, the 1st click goes to Agent A, 2nd to Agent B, and so on. Every team member gets an equal share. Pinnacle plans unlock weighted distribution for custom lead splits.

One link, zero conflicts

Share a single link across all your marketing channels. No more manually assigning leads or having one agent overwhelmed while others wait. The rotation is automatic and atomic — even with 1000 clicks per second, no lead is missed or double-assigned.

04

Tracking Performance

Click analytics

Every click on your link is counted in real-time. See total clicks, clicks per link, and average performance across all your links from the Dashboard.

Manage all your links

Sign up to save your links to your account. View all links, copy them again, and track which ones are performing best.

Popular Use Cases

Instagram & TikTok Bio

Put your Arus link in your bio. Add a CTA like "DM us on WhatsApp for orders!" — way higher conversion than a contact form.

Facebook & Google Ads

Use the short link as your ad destination. Leads go straight from ad to WhatsApp chat — zero friction.

Printed Materials

Print the QR code on business cards, brochures, packaging, or storefront posters. Offline-to-online in one scan.

Team Lead Distribution

Restaurant with 5 branches? Real estate agency with 8 agents? One link distributes enquiries evenly across all numbers.

E-commerce Product Pages

Add a "Chat to Buy" button with your Arus link. Especially effective in Southeast Asia where WhatsApp commerce is huge.

Event Registration

Create a link with a message like "Hi! I want to register for [event name]". Share it on your event page or poster.

Tips for Maximum Conversions

Keep the pre-filled message short — 1-2 sentences max. Long messages feel spammy.

Include context in the message: "Hi, I saw your Instagram ad for [product]" so you know where the lead came from.

Create separate links for separate campaigns. One for Instagram, one for Google Ads — so you can track which channel converts better.

Use the QR code on physical materials. People are trained to scan QR codes after 2020 — the conversion rate is surprisingly high.

If using the rotator, make sure all team members respond quickly. A slow response kills the lead regardless of how fast the redirect was.

Update your pre-filled message seasonally: "Hi! I'm interested in your Ramadan promo" converts better than a generic message.
