1. Overview

Arus offers Basecamp (free), Horizon, and Pinnacle plans. This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions only. Basecamp accounts do not involve any payment and are not subject to this policy.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Horizon and Pinnacle plans are recurring subscriptions that unlock additional features including lead rotation with multiple phone numbers, custom slugs, and more. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

3. Refund Eligibility

Within 7 Days (Money-Back Guarantee)

If you are unsatisfied with your paid plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day money-back period, refunds are generally not available. However, we may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Service outages or bugs that significantly impacted your ability to use paid features
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Billing errors

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the Service or at the contact information provided on our website. Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your links continue to work (redirects are not disabled)
  • Lead rotation will stop at the end of the billing period — links with multiple numbers will default to the first number
  • Your data is preserved — you can re-subscribe anytime to restore full functionality

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to cancel and receive a refund, please contact us within the 7-day money-back period.

6. Basecamp Plan

The Basecamp plan is provided at no cost and can be used indefinitely. No payment information is required. Since no payment is made, no refund applies.

7. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Purchases made with promotional codes or discounts are eligible for refund of the amount actually paid. Free trial periods that convert to paid subscriptions are subject to this refund policy starting from the date of the first charge.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
