By accessing or using Arus ("the Service"), operated by Nalara ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Arus provides WhatsApp link generation, QR code creation, and lead rotation tools. The Service creates short links that redirect users to WhatsApp conversations. We do not store, read, or transmit WhatsApp messages.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without consent
• Engage in fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual or group
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Create links for illegal goods, services, or activities
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The Service offers a Basecamp tier with limited features, and Horizon and Pinnacle tiers with additional capabilities (e.g., lead rotation with multiple numbers, custom slugs). Paid features require a subscription. Plan details and pricing are displayed on the Service at the time of purchase.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Nalara and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data (phone numbers, messages, link configurations). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Notice. We store link configurations and click counts in our database. We do not access or store the content of WhatsApp conversations.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by Service downtime.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nalara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your link data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
